Oricon is a family-run construction and development company building new homes and commercial buildings across Birmingham and the West Midlands. From our current development of 3 and 4 bedroom family homes at Ailstone Mews in Bromsgrove to luxury apartments in Harborne and individual detached homes in Solihull, Stratford-upon-Avon and Warwick, we design, build and sell high-quality new build homes with a 10-year structural warranty.
We work as main contractor and development partner on residential new builds, commercial construction, full turnkey groundwork, refurbishments and change-of-use conversions, and we build in traditional brick-and-block, timber frame and Nudura ICF for exceptional energy efficiency. Ground-up delivery on cleared or developed sites, single dwellings through to multi-unit schemes and commercial units. We can come in as main contractor or run it design-and-build from first principles.
Full back-to-brick refurbishment
Stripping a building back to its shell and rebuilding it to current standards, structure, services, insulation, fabric and finishes. The right route for tired stock, period buildings and properties being repositioned.
Residential ↔ commercial conversions
Change-of-use developments in either direction, homes into workspace or retail, commercial buildings into residential. We work alongside the planning and design team to take a scheme from consent through to a finished, lettable space.
