Our directly-employed groundwork crews handle excavation, drainage, foundations and oversite, the stage that sets the tone for everything above.
Superstructure
Masonry, timber frame, or hybrid construction. Roofing, windows, and the weathertight envelope, delivered by our own bricklayers and carpenters.
First & Second Fix
Mechanical and electrical, plumbing, internal partitions, insulation, plastering, joinery, all coordinated and managed by our site team.
Fit-Out & Handover
