Oricon is a family-run construction and development company, led by the Karwal family. Building runs in our blood, handed down through the generations, and today we deliver residential and commercial projects across Birmingham and the wider Midlands, from groundworks to handover.
Our story
A family business, built to last.
Oricon is run by the Karwal family, and building is in our blood. The trade has been passed down through the generations, from father to daughter, who now leads the business, pairing that hands-on building heritage with her own commercial property experience from a background at CBRE, one of the world's leading property firms. The belief stays the same: do the job properly, and stand behind it.
That heritage shapes how we work today. We are hands-on, we take pride in the detail, and we treat every home we build as though it were our own, because our name is on it.
From a single family home to multi-unit developments and commercial schemes, we deliver across Birmingham, Solihull, Bromsgrove, Coventry and the wider Midlands, with our own teams across groundworks, build and fit-out, and the same family values on every project.
